Alun is the International Director of Programmes at CAVC. His role is focussed on the development and execution of the new CAVC International strategy. This strategy includes: growing student numbers studying in our CAVC Colleges in China, and more widely in key markets; building brand awareness overseas; attracting new business to CAVC with particular reference to TVET and skills; and helping internationalise the Cardiff Campus.
Previously, Alun was Head of the School of Sport & Exercise Science at the University of Portsmouth before joining Navitas a global pathway provider first as the Director of International College Portsmouth and then as Executive General Manager.
He is passionate about working closely with agents and other stakeholders to raise the profile and activity of CAVC and Further Education more widely in the international space.
